Myrtle Beach

We planned a weekend family get-a-way to Myrtle Beach and had a wonderful time. With an almost 2 year old, you don't get that great of pictures. So the pictures are very random. But anyway we tried to do just enough but not so much that we were exhausted every night when we got back to the hotel. You know how you go on vacation and you need a vacation from the vacation, we didn't want that to happen. Every morning we would head down to the beach about 9am and stay out until lunch time. Gavin loved the beach, the waves crashing at his feet, the sand in every crack and crevice of his body. And when it was time to come inside for lunch, it was not pretty. He cried and screamed for about 15min. until Noggin was on and he had dry clothes on.

Saturday after are morning beach time, we got cleaned up, did a little shopping and then headed to Ripley's Aquarium to hang out with the fish and sharks. Gavin loved the sharks, he would just point and say shark, shark. And then this turlte swam by and Gavin followed that thing everywhere. So needless to say we were excusing ourselves alot because Gavin was in and out of people.
